As a NDIA Registered Provider for Accommodation/ Tenancy, Home Modifications, Specialist Disability Accommodation, RGH Consultants will be working with Adults living independently with a disability, Families with a child with a disability, Families with an adult child with a disability who are looking to transition into independent living, People transitioning from institutional care to community based living and People who are at risk of prematurely entering aged care facilities.
Working closely with our University partners we will utilise the I – Can assessment tool which will allow us to match the service needs of our clients to their accommodation requirements and then matching to existing homes, Housing Providers or a specific home modification or new build. We will assist your journey in working with you about your accommodation options when establishing your NDIS plan. |
