To this end our association with the builders of the Independent Builders Network allows us to educate members of the group in the guidelines of Livable Housing Australia. This ensures we produce a quality home based on the individual’s needs, whether it comes from our standard range or is purpose built, we are there all the way. Our clients can be Individuals, Families, Disability Organisations, Government, Community Housing Providers, Developers, Local Councils, Builders and the Aged Care Sector.
As with Home Modifications our technology partners we will be able to advise on the best Assistive Technology and Telstra’s Smart Home product range that is on the market today, all based around needs. We are constantly working with suppliers to the building industry to supply us with innovative building solutions.

​Home Modifications

Through our partner Adaptable Living Australia, we will interpret client needs analysis in relation to the built environment requirements and will obtain a competitive quote on your Home Modification for the following: 

1. Produce concept plans for appropriate modifications
2. Produce design and specification documents as required
3. Initiate and manage all procurement elements for task
4. Manage modification outcomes including scope, time, budget and quality  

By using proven professional contractors, suppliers and consultants, this has a twofold effect on cost effectiveness. It reduces the time and documentation expenses required informing less experienced contractors or consultants that don’t fully understand the disability sector. It also reduces the risk of poor outcomes resulting from either poor-quality construction or insufficient understanding of the intended outcomes. Again, with our technology partners we will be able to advise on the best Assistive Technology and Telstra’s Smart Home product range that is on the market today, all based around needs.

DisAbility Accommodation​

​We hold accreditation to assess your properties for compliance to the Livable Homes Australia Design Guidelines which have been developed by industry and the community to provide assurance that a home is easier to access, navigate and live in, as well more cost effective to adapt when life’s circumstances change. We will audit your property to allow you to register it as one of three performance levels: Platinum, Gold or Silver. Performance levels are assigned upon being judged against 16 different criteria. A minimum of eight criteria must be satisfied to achieve the minimum level and be awarded a silver accreditation.
Once the assessment has been approved we will then assist you to register your property with the National Disability Insurance Agency, if you wish, and then the property will become eligible for the Specialist Disability Accommodation pricing.
